Children Programs

Reese and Amanda feel strongly that fitness and healthy habits should begin in early childhood. We are planning to offer once a month classes (charged separately) for kids ages 5 and up to get them introduced to fitness and fitness facilities. Kids can work on the heavy bag, be taught basic self-defense, and use of the TRX© gear, all under the watchful eye and supervision of the training staff. You send your kids to soccer, ballet and gymnastics so why not the gym once a month.
