Learn real self defense techniques that will help you gain confidence, protect yourself, and your love ones. Learn when and why self defense should be used and when it shouldn’t. This program will incorporate boxing, mui thai, jiu jitsu and other martial arts. This four week program meets every Monday at 7:30pm and Saturday 8am.
